Community members, gardeners, seed savers, farmers, and advocates of food, health and social work in Athens and Meigs counties are invited to the first SEO Foodlink Resource Seminar for an in-depth look and discussion of a new resource for Southeast Ohio. Provide critiques, additions, and corrections to improve SEO Foodlink and meet the SEO Foodlink team from Community Food Initiatives. SEO Foodlink is a resource hub that provides a map of food access points including food pantries and free lunch sites.

About the SEO Foodlink and associated seminar(s):

The SEO Foodlink team is offering five Dual-County Seminars that enable the SEO Foodlink team to engage community participation and obtain feedback on the Southeastern Ohio FOODLINK Project. The Southeast Ohio FOODLINK Project is an online mapping resource that displays organizations where people can access emergency food resources and retailers that accept SNAP or WIC benefits. Additionally, state and federal-level data has been collected to create ten individual southeast Ohio county profiles.
