Rewild yourself by learning how to use plants to support your physical and mental health. In this workshop with local herbalist Aniko Zala participants will taste and meditate on a selection of medicinal herbal teas made from familiar kitchen herbs and garden weeds. Aniko will touch on plant identification, powerful and ancient connection with plants, the importance of ritual, and working with herbs to support the body through anything from IBS to headaches or cramps to anxiety.

Aniko Zala of Wild Origins teaches empowering herbal workshops and formulates quality herbal offerings with enjoyment and deep self care in mind.

The class fee is $40 for the general public or $35 for Friends of the Market members. Pre-registration is required.
