Welcome to Rustling Oaks Farm! We produce only the highest quality 100% grass-fed freezer beef and lamb. Our cattle and sheep are raised on the lush pastures of our family farm in a sustainable and humane environment, without the use of hormones or pesticides. Our beef and lamb is full of flavor and tenderness. Processing is seasonal, and delivery is free. Pricing follows: Beef - We offer an assortment of beef in 10, 25 or 50 lb. packs. The packs contain meat from all quarters and offer a mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and an assortment of other cuts. Ground beef is sold in one pound packages. All meat is vacuum packed then frozen, and processed at a state inspected humane kill facility. Price: $7.00/lb. for 10, 25 or 50 lb. packs. $6.00/lb. for ground beef only. Spring Lamb - Lamb is offered by the whole (approximately 20-30 lbs. after processing), with the order being cut to your specifications. Available in October or November. Price: $7.00/lb (plus a nominal processing fee); $6.00/lb. for ground lamb. Please give us a call -- we look forward to speaking with you in person!
